I founded Reitzel Home Improvement Inc in 2004 with my wife Courtney. This was the same year we were married. We have two kids Tyler born 2008 and Gianna born 2011. We have lived in the Little Neck/Kings Grant area almost our entire marriage.

Courtney and I both grew up in Virginia Beach and attended Princess Anne High School. I have a lot of family around here and you will learn this from customers. I started working in roofing and construction in high school. I learned a lot from my father flipping houses when I was a child. 

I decided to start out on my own when I saw how people were being treated by other contractors.

Family and service is our top priority. From 2004 to today, we have grown is so many way. However we treat our team like family, so we can ensure that our customers are also treated like family.
